Concierge and Guest relation services
Concierge, or Front of House Services, require exceptional, handpicked officers who display the finest of qualities including outstanding communication skills, immaculate presentation, attention to detail, incomparable customer service skills, and discipline. In addition to this, they must be able to manage daily tasks dutifully, have confidence in engaging members of the public,c and can coordinate emergencies as they arise.
All concierge officers engaged by Australasian Security will not only possess these characteristics but will approach their tasks from a security-minded perspective, ensuring that clients and members of the public are reassured that their safety and well-being are always of paramount concern.
The role of guest relations and concierge staff includes, but is not limited to:
- Be the first and last point of contact for a high-volume Concierge desk for VIP customers and clients
- Manage registration systems and direct guests to appropriate meeting room levels
- Answer and assist with all external and internal queries in person and via telephone and email
- Prompt responsiveness to all inquiries, providing information, advice, and guidance to internal and external parties
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- As a front-of-house reception/concierge role, at times the role will be standing rather than seated.
- They need to be mobile to be able to greet and assist customers and clients as much as possible.
